Terms & Conditions
  1. Deposits or any payments are not refundable.
  2. Custom orders (locally manufactured items) are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or changed whatsoever.
  3. We reserve the right to amend, change, and increase invoice pricing and total price on existing orders, receipts or layways.
  4. Goods on layaway require 15 days notice for pick-up or delivery. Special orders must be pick-up or delivery as soon as they arrive from the Manufacturer. Layway Term is Maximum of 1 year from date of deposit. Inactive Layway accounts for 1 year shall forfeit deposits.
  5. All sales are final. No exchange or refund.
  6. We reserve the right to delay if shortage, or cancel the order of goods which are not available.
  7. All floor models sold are on "as is" basis.
  8. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all goods prior to pick-up or delivery by carrier. Once goods are accepted and signed for in good order, no claims will be accepted. The exception being the Manufacturer's warranty on the product.
  9. Purchaser is responsible for RE-DELIVERY CHARGES if not at home or proper C.O.D is not available for collection for arranged delivery date.
  10. There are no warranties or guarantees against wear and tear. All sales final. No exchange or refund.
  11. Full payment before delivery or pick-up with cash or certified cheque.
  12. We are not responsible for any damage on pick-up.
  13. All C.O.D must be CASH or CERTIFIED CHEQUE ONLY.
  14. We are not responsible for damage on private property while on delivery.
  15. No exchanges, refunds or returns accepted if the merchandise do not enter through doors, basement & elevator.
  16. Merchandise remains property of the fine furniture until & unless paid in fully by certified cheque or cash on delivery.
  17. We reserve the right to refuse delivery, if by flight of stairs & no refunds given.
